This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The pool can be heated with an additional charge of 70€/day for the entire stay and it requires at least one week’s advance notice. The hot tub can be heated with an additional charge of 250€/stay for reservations up to 7 days and 35€/day for reservations more than 7 days. Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of €10 per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
