"Pros: Everything was perfect! The apartment is located a few minutes walking to the city center of Corfu; the bus station is also within a few minutes. On the day of my departure, I decided to go to the airport by foot instead of taking the bus;it just took me 25 minutes. There is a bakery and mini-market a few meters from the apartment wich is very convenient. The kitchen has everything you need for a nice staying. You can also find basic product (salt, sugar, detergent, etc). Place is nice decorated and very clean. In particular, I loved the handmade furniture and lamps. Very beautiful admosphere; it doesn't feel as you are staying at a random Ikea airbnb apartment, but staying at a friend's home. I totally recommend this place and i would staying here again.

"Pros: Located quite central, everything was almost new and every room had its ac. The staff was nice to let us leave our luggage at their office.
Cons: The whole bathroom got flooded after we had shower. We told the staff, said that they will come in the morning, but didnt show up in the end. Good that we stayed just 2 days. Of course we has the same problem when we took showers again. Water gets almost to 2 cm there." ~Sorina
"Pros: Good value accommodation.
I particularly liked the fact this apartment is outside the old city area meaning the local bars and restaurants are frequented by local people, not tourists; this was my favourite because of the local clientele; Αννα (Καφενείο Χωρίς Τάβλι) on Str. Xenofontos near the commercial port. Second place comes Μπρίκι, Παντοκαφενές, Παντοπωλείο, Καφέ; very local to the apartment at the corner of Nat'l Rd Corfu - Palaiokastritsa and Ematologou Ilia Politi; just around the corner.
The apartment has two lovely Turkish style coffee makers.
Cons: When considering accommodation, the reason people have a flat or apartment rather than a hotel or bed and breakfast is so that you can prepare meals. However, Koko's Nest has a cooker on which only 1 of the 4 hobs worked. The cooker was dual fuel; electric and gas, but there is no gas! 1 hos is electric, 3 and gas! Please, please check before you book that the owners have replaced the cooker with a fully working (electric) one. The layout of the apartment means the law prohibits gas in the premises. The owners need to think more carefully about how much flexibility of cooking they wish to give their guests. A single hob is clearly a problem, but the only saucepans were huge. There's a 12 place dinner service but only 3 forks in the cutlery drawer. The frying pans are non-stick meaning you need wooden spoons/spatulas; but there are none. Mostly when I rent a whole house/flat you expect a few condiments; salt, pepper, oil, from the previous renter but even these things didn't exist. (We left some nice olive oil for the next renters). The furniture was very cheap. The single beds for instance have slats supporting the mattress that are only just long enough to bear on the bed side rails; someone's going to fall through." ~Michael
