"Pros: Very nice, spacious room with beautiful patio, nice gardens, pools, excellent family hotel with the adults only area, so it covers it all. Nespresso in room, pet friendly, nice staff. Some minor faults like broken fan or remote controler for the tv were resolved the same day. But above all is food...all the glory to the kitchen staff of Sentido Apollo Palace. Whoever has complaints about the food in this hotel should wonder about its own sanity... Cons: Basically, hotel has only one real flaw in my opinion. Ok, maybe two. First is the beach. Some people say its ok but its not. From all the places we've visited in Greece, probably the worst beach we have ever seen. Like swimming in the harbour. Went once and never again. Second is the sewerage that can smell very strong in some parts of the hotel. Our bathroom somethimes was unbearable. We left ventilation always on so it became bearable but still... Besides that, I was personally a bit disapointed in hotels management although there was no fault of the hotel. Namely, we paid for two weeks but wanted to go after one week due to a bad weather on Corfu. We asked if we can have any money back, but the response was negative. I admit I would expect that kind of rigidity from a smaller object, not from a five star hotel, but anyway, as I have said, it was apsolutely not hotels fault, just for me personally felt not really great. At the end we've left few days earlier, weather was almost all the time bad, so the complete impression of Corfu island was the same, bad. Still, it is a very good hotel with very bad beach." ~Jovana
