"Pros: We have been offered a much better apartment in the same house, which was bigger and cleaner than the booked one because of unacceptable sanitary conditions in the booked apartment. As to that other apartment we finally lived in, it was spacious, equipped with everything necessary. When problems arose, Tom was helpful (like he offered us to move into this better apartment, or when the TV died, he changed it for another one quite quickly). Cons: The apartment we booked had totally unacceptable sanitary conditions: it was dirty, dusty and full of spiders almost everywhere (we mean it, even in each drawer, in an oven, under chairs and tables, not to mention on the walls and in the corners). The other apartment where we actually finally lived also needed cleaning, but the problem was not so serious." ~Tetiana
