"Pros: Kanakades Olive Cottage is a beautiful villa perfectly situated for a secluded holiday. It is located at the very edge of the small village of Kanakades, 3km away from the main Kerkyra-Paleokastritsa road. Designed and furnished with great taste, equipped with everything you need and even more! Everything is even nicer than in the pictures, the only thing missing is the table under the tree, which would have been perfect for the morning breakfast, as the morning sun is hot in the rest of the places. The house is quite isolated, so you have to stock up on products in advance, so in this regard it is good to know that the coffee machine is not the one shown in the photos, but Illy IperEspresso, because the capsules for it are different. I can recommend the house to anyone looking for peace and comfort! I can't describe how good we felt there! A real home feeling that goes beyond 5*! A big surprise was also the generous welcome basket, for which we are very grateful! I wish we could come back again someday to spend more time at the house as this time we used its central location to tour the island. Thanks to the owner for creating such a wonderful place! "Pros: Whole property is well repaired and situated in a quiet village. Ideal for 4 members family. The view from the patio is amazing. There are some toys for little children. Our boys were happy. We really appreciate refreshments in the fridge when we arrived to the place. Benefits of the place are washing machine and dishwasher fully equipped with detergents. Cons: Doublebed should have a new mattresses. Current one is hard for us." ~Marek
