"Pros: Best place for plane spotting. You look directly at the end of the runway. Which means: extremely noisy at times. Even during the night sometimes. But the trippel glas in the terrace door keeps about 50% of the noise away. What's more important: wonderfull view of sea & mountains, just 5 min. walk from the Vlachera Monastery Island and some 15 min. from the best tavernas up the hill. (Captain George for example). Cons: We needed to get used to the starting & landing aircrafts." ~Jiri
