"Pros: Location was great, good access to both Northern and Southern beaches. House is very large and modern, air conditioning in bedrooms but not needed in huge living area which was kept naturally cool even though it was 38c outside! Contact with property manger was very easy and quick. My wife and I also had a wonderful massage from the recommended masseuse which was all arranged easily by Etouri. Lovely modern house for those looking for some peace and quiet but a car is essential. Cons: The downstairs bathroom suffered from a problem with many ants but this wasn't such a big issue for us (2 other bathrooms with no issues so plenty of space)" ~Tal
