"Pros: Wonderful family holiday, we were all happy because: - we booked two double rooms, got two rooms upgraded, the rooms are very clean, big and comfortable. Each room has two toilets and showers. Our kids have their own privacy. They clean the rooms everyday. - internet very fast but once in a while there’s none - full board, food is delicious. They also care about the special needs guests. Our kid cannot eat gluten, they make every meal for her whenever she needs. - the gym is very clean, new but no instructions for some machines. No staff who can be reached. - everyone can book table at all three restaurants they have. Foods are generally the same as the main restaurant. The asian is the best, we highly recommend. - entertainment is low budget but some programs are entertaining. - we love the dehydrating water refill system, there are machines everywhere where you can refill fresh water, top! - the manager Jasmine cares a lot her guests, she follows up and arrange birthday cake for our daughter, she had a wonderful 10 year old birthday celebration at one of their restaurants. Cons: Guests reserved the sun beds although there are signs everywhere saying please don’t. The people are basically don’t care and ignore. Management should do something such as removing the towels after 30 mins to prevent. We saw many towels on it but the guests never showed up. Very annoying." ~Meg
