"Pros: The pools were very clean and perfect for kids with different depths for all ages. The pool bars played great music and the drinks were delicious. The buffet breakfast was also good. The location is wonderful with many walkable restaurants and super markets and just a short bus ride to Chania. Cons: There is a fee for pool towels which is not refunded when you turn them in. There is also a fee for beach chairs. We were disappointed these weren’t included with our stay." ~Gretchen
