"Pros: The pool area was very nice. Air con worked and there was plenty of hot water Cons: Our orginal room was doubled booked so we were moved to an another room that didn’t have a seperate bedroom. We were told this would be for 1 night and it ended up being 3 nights . The owner offered to reimburse us €245.00 we agreed . Everyday he said he would give us the money but did not and on the Friday 05/06/24. He did a bank transfer which should have gone in on 9/07/24. Today’s we have not received this refund." ~Tracey
