"Pros: The villa is located in a quiet village, on a hill overseeing the bay. It's very rural, and the vast majority of people around are locals. The main feature of the property is a huge terrace with a fantastic sea view. An incredible place to chill looking at the tranquil landscape! The host was super-responsive, flexible and willing to help. Other than a microwave, the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. There's a beach only 5 minutes walk down the hill, and another one (slightly fancier) — about 15 minute walk from the place.
Cons: We visited Greece in July, during the hot summer period, and the biggest issue we've had was the absence of an air conditioner in the bedroom. There is an air con in the living room, but it's not enough to cool down the whole house. We surrounded ourselves with fans, but it was still uncomfortably warm to sleep."

"Pros: The hospitality of Maria, George, Kleanthis and Faye was amazing. I arrived as a female solo traveller, they collected me from the port and fed me because it was Mary's name day and no grocery shops were open. This was just a couple of things, and they blessed me with so many. They really genuinely cared for me, I will definitely return to this beautiful haven, so peaceful and restful too. Thank you Maria and family, you really touched my heart."
