"Pros: Nice location very close to town of Ermioni. One double bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped - appliances all in good order. One bathroom is very modern and spacious, but it is outside the main house and the rain shower head wasn't working. Cons: There were issues with water - first the property manager forgot to turn on the pump so no water pressure, then we discovered we had no hot water for showers, but owner thought we weren't using the system properly as he had tested it a few weeks prior - however it really was not functioning and finally got repaired on day 4. The house itself is very small - tiny kitchen, no eating area inside (no table, no bar stools) - the area listed on Booking.com must include covered outdoor space, which is okay in summer, but not winter. One double bed uncomfortable and one sofa needs replacing as support under seating is gone. There was a bee hive within the bench seat in the outdoor seating area, which the owner knew of before - I had to ask that he send someone to deal with the hundreds of bees, which my dog was trying to catch and kill." ~Heather

A very friendly host, who made us very welcome Cons: Our particular apartment on the ground floor didn’t get any sun during our stay in October. This could be a bonus in the summer though. The room had a functional kitchen hence including a kettle and saucepan and crockery for 2" ~Peter

"Pros: Big apartment with bath tub. 2 terraces with view on village. 5mn walk from the centre. WIFI is good. Good heating with aircon. Cons: The position given by Booking is not good. You need to ask a precise GPS point before going there to find it. A small street but one big place in the street to park. TV is a bit old and small. We don't see the sea very well (like on the picture). No microwave." ~Isidro
