"Pros: The property is in a quiet location about two miles outside the village of Gennadi, which has a supermarket, ATM, fabulous bakery and greengrocer so catering was easy. There are two beach bars near the village, one with excellent fish. The property is new and well equipped. The best bit for us was the roof terrace and view right along the coast. Beautiful pool, if a little fresh in October! Cons: A few improvements could make it a 10! The shower needs plunging as it didn’t drain properly. The A/C in the downstairs bedroom was noisy. The inside staircase is very steep with open treads, so might be a problem for children or olds - but there is an outside staircase which we used instead." ~Jennifer

"Pros: Beautiful villa, very modern and new. Immaculately clean and perfect for 4 people. The location is a little remote, you definitely need a car. The beautiful beach is a 2 min walk away. The host was so kind and helpful and was able to help with any queries at all. Would definitely recommend. Cons: Nothing to add here, cause it was perfect!" ~Iveta
