The sunrise and sunset are the best we have ever witnessed - no exaggeration. The host and staff were the best - very helpful and ready to assist and answer any question promptly. "Pros: Thanks to the kindness of the owner, we were given an apartment next door (Elizabeth) which has a fireplace, and they provided us with firewood all the time. The apartments use air conditioning for heating, but we wanted to use the fireplace to complete the New Year's experience. Both apartments (Irene and Elizabeth) are large, well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The surroundings - Korission Lagoon with flamingos and sand dunes - are very interesting. The apartments are very close to the sea (about 200m), but the beach is about 2km away if you go by road, and about 1.5km if you use the shortcut and go on foot. We were walking. I cannot find the right words to describe the kindness of the landlady (Antigone). She tried to fulfill our every request and showered us with gifts, starting with a welcome coffee, via an unexpected pasta for lunch, to a crate of local oranges for πορτοκαλόπιτα (orange pie). "Pros: Antigone and her husband are the best host you can ever ask for. The house is only 40 min drive from Corfu airport, in a beautiful peaceful area. Very specious is was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or lunch and we got every day fruits and vegetables from the garden. The terrace and garden are big and perfect for kids to play or to sit and relax. The restaurant just 2 minutes away has the best views and also great food options. One beach and beautiful water to swim in is walking distance. There are other sandy beaches with just short drive away. We stayed at Antigone only 5 days but I wish we had stayed there longer , it’s so relaxing and peaceful place. Cons: There is nothing I can think of" ~Marzena

"Pros: It is so cute and cosy! Everything you need in one space! The hosts are incredible and go far and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable and at ease. Yanny is a god send and his grandmother and grandfather are the kindest people ever! There’s is also a cute bench outside which looks out to the sea and is an incredible view.
