"Pros: Quality of the area, and access to sea Cons: Reception area doesn’t offer refreshments which means you can’t have a drink to see that view while waiting for a taxi to head out for dinner. Staff in the pool restaurant area didn’t speak great English so would get our order incorrect quite often. Food order taken before drinks order which seemed odd." ~Emily

"Pros: Etouri were very good and it was very easy to contact them via the phone in the Villa. Nikos came regularly when Julia came to clean. She kept the Villa pristine, The bedlinen was changed more than we expected. Nikos was very helpful and sorted out a small issue for a straightaway. The pool guy came every day. The view from the Villa was stunning. It was only a few minutes drive into Elounda so the position was very good and it was in a very quiet and private area. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you. Cons: This is not something we didn’t like because we were a group of adults, but there a lot of steps as the Villa is on three floors so may not be very good for people with very small children or reduced mobility adults" ~Susan
