"Pros: The house is absolutely magnificent. It has beautiful views, large rooms, and great facilities. It is very elegantly and tastefully decorated. There are six bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, two half baths, a sauna, a steam room, an elevator, several decks, private swimming pool, and more. It's one of the most extraordinary and memorable places we've ever stayed. If you're an early riser sunrises over the nearby island of Dia are so beautiful and serene. A great way to start the day. One other differentiating point is that owner Katerina, caretaker (and nearby owner) Nikos, and daily housekeeper Margarita made us feel very welcome and well looked after. They were available for anything we needed. Truly a special experience. Cons: The only thing we didn't like was leaving! Seriously, the private beach was more rocky than sandy but to be fair we didn't time it to be there at low tide. The drive to the house has several turns but there was enough room and it's a private drive that just leads to a small neighborhood of three or four nearby homes. It's hard to find anything to criticize here." ~Clare
