"Pros: The whole construction is very well made, nice and cozy, ideal for families but also couples that want to escape from the very centre of Syvota - in a walking distance from the centre though! The insulation is very effective, both for heat and light, the air-condition is there in every room to support, the window screens keep mosquitos away, hot water is available throughout the day and night, all facilities are included in this appartment which is made of high quality materials. The swimming pool is of course the ultimate fine touch: one of the cleanest we have ever visited, with a constant circulation and cleaning of the water, you feel comfortable with you and the kids playng in there all day long (and they did!). The hosts themselves are very kind and eager to provide any possible advice on the whereabouts of the area: where to swim, eat, drink, anything they can do to help, they are there for you - but discreet as well, allowing you for the necessary space of your holidays, much appreciated! Cons: The price is rather high, but the quality is high as well. Besides, the prices of everything in goods and services in the area is considerably high, inexplicably as well: the beaytiful landscape and the road access might be an explanation, but in the long run, this may lead to reduced visitors in the future." ~Ioannis

"Pros: Great location if you have a car, otherwise it's a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre or to the nearest beach. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Cons: We stayed there for 6 days, we used the swimming 2-3 times, but every time it was slightly dirty and there were plenty of dead insects in the water." ~Loukia
