"Pros: Great location, close to the Voulisma beach, very spacious, great view, had pretty much all the facilities needed. Apartment had two large bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds, large living room, two large balconies ( one facing the road, one above the restaurant terrace area). Noticed also a child bed, and a foldable one. Living has kitchen facilities such as : capsules coffee maker, hot water heater, microwave oven, induction stove. Windows and balconies doors have roll on shades, and each room has good AC. Lots of light switches and 220V sockets . The host, Yorgo , is a very kind, approachable and great attitude person, keep in touch with him on WhatsApp if you need something. Free wireless at location is very good. We have tried fish one time and was very tasty, however is cash payment on location so we have just eaten once.
Cons: This is informative as it can be noticeable to some people or not an issue to others; were no major issues to me however bear in mind :cash payments; location needs an overall professional deep cleaning so it has that wow fresh smell clean place when you first enter. Especially the bathroom: needs a longer shower curtain, drainage deep cleaning, overall deep cleaning for the floor; toilet seat to be replaced, is a bit broken. Balconies floor needs deep clean. In order to avoid some of the outside noise, you need to have the AC switched on and the windows locked also with the roll on shades. Still, you might hear some of the music and guests noise coming from the restaurant below, plus the heavy traffic from the road ( trucks, buses, coaches, scooters etc)."

"Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment was very nice - brand new, fully furnished, and spacious, offering utmost comfort. The host was exceptionally kind and always ready to assist. Additionally, the beach is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away, with a section of it being municipal. Highly recommended!
