"Pros: Beautiful, spacious, good location. For our group belonged 10 people and it was really good that all 5 bedrooms had own bathroom, that was really really good thing. We stayed for one week and there was cleaning service in half time our week, that was good thing. The bathrooms could be better cleaned (pretty new house so was expecting everything would be "perfect" and stainless) but it was pretty okay :-) Spacious kitchen-livingroom, beautiful outdoor space and the pool was lovely. The sea and little markets and the beach is pretty near the villa that was very good thing for big group. We could stay there longer, maybe sometime we come back again ! :-)
Cons: If have to say something to develop. Bathrooms maybe needs proper/power cleaning, some black thing in the mortar joints and silicones (just visual thing). That was weird for us that there weren't any floor wipers in the bathrooms so the water stayed on the floors pretty long -> slow drying. The freezer was leaking water sometimes for some reason, but the owners hopefully fix it. Nothing else bad to say really ! :-)"

"Pros: The apartment looks just like the photos, lovely inside and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped, all electrical goods were high quality brands, fantastic large fridge-freezer. Beds comfortable. The pool was large, about a third of it was very shallow, too shallow to swim in so would be good for small children. Plenty of towels and handwash. There are 4 good quality sunbeds and umbrella for sole use of this apartment and beach towels supplied. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to a lovely bay where you can pay for sunbeds from Kalamaki restaurant and they bring drinks and food to the beach for you. There are lots of great restaurants near the bay, a little further walk is Piato restaurant which we highly recommend. The no.21 bus takes you to Chania which is definitely worth a visit, buy tickets (1.50 each) from the little stall by the bay. Alexandra was really good to let us stay longer on our last day as we had a later flight, this was much appreciated.
Cons: The bathroom is very small and could do with updating but this is evident from the photos. We knew the bedrooms did not have air con, but whilst the main bedroom has a ceiling fan but the smaller room doesn’t so we had to ask for a fan as my daughter was very hot overnight, Alexandra delivered this the next day which helped. We did not realise until we arrived that this apartment is the only one of the 12 in the block that is let to holiday makers, so the other 11 are residents who would say hello as they passed. We were not aware that quiet time is 3pm-5.30pm and 11pm–7am at the apartment so we spent a lot of time at the beach."

"Pros: Nice, clean and modern small apartement with big terrace and balcony. Very comfortable beds. As the kitchen is quite small then suits more people who like to eat outside. Pool bar had tasty burgers, salad etc. Convenient for travellers with a car, located in the quiet area. It’s a good starting point close to the highway. Nice beaches in the walking distance."
