"Pros: Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect. The villa was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, with everything you could possibly need provided in the kitchen, outdoor space, bedrooms, and living area. Whether we were cooking meals, lounging in the garden or just lazying around, we felt completely at home. The only minor suggestion I would make is to add a coffee machine, which would be a great addition to the already well-equipped kitchen. The location of the villa was ideal for what we were looking for. Nestled in a quiet and almost secluded neighborhood, the peacefulness was one of the main charms of the stay. The villa is a perfect retreat for people seeking an escape from the dynamics of todays world. For those who enjoy a more tranquil beach experience, there is a quiet beach nearby (292 meters from the villa), perfect for lying down and soaking up the sun. It's a simple beach with umbrellas, free from the distractions of bars or cafes, which we found to be perfect for unwinding. Despite its secluded feel, the villa's location is also great for exploring Chalkidiki. Assuming you have a car, you're just a short drive away from some of the more lively and famous beaches in the area, complete with beach bars and a vibrant atmosphere. It was the best of both worlds—peace and quiet at the villa, with easy access to more bustling spots when we wanted them. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He sent us a detailed guide with locations and links to some of the best places to visit around Chalkidiki. Overall, I recommend this villa for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful, serene setting while still being close enough to explore all that Chalkidiki has to offer." ~Stanimir

"Pros: The house was close to the beach, very well equiped and confortable, clean. The village is very nice. The sea is beautiful and with sand. Cons: The local teenagers that were screeming in the night/ drinking alchool at the playground, near the house. They were very noisy and sleeping in the night during 1am - 5am was difficult.
