"Pros: Excellent staff ! We had great service from everyone there, Vivi, Christina, Katerina, Dimitra, (just to name a few). Comfortable clean rooms (although a little small) powerful showers, decent size balcony, excellent location. Tasty cocktails, pleasant low key music (mostly), small selection of drinks available to be brought to your beach sunbed. Thick beach towels provided. Cons: Cold food ! Every meal including a La carte was cold ! So much effort is put in to the presentation and it is mostly of good quality but it’s just not kept hot (or even warm in some cases) ! Why not have warmed plates and keep the hot plates/bain maries at a decent temperature ? Such a shame ! Noisy hallways, banging doors, screen from road could be improved, impossible to get a sunbed by the pool, tiny dining tables inside buffet restaurant. Could have more basic information available, WiFi, timings, trip bookings etc. Creperie staff could do with a bit more food hygiene training. Blowing your nose and then straight on to delivering food to the table was pretty disgusting." ~Amanda
