"Pros: We loved our 8-day stay at Villa Conte Rari in the little village of Kato Garouna. You'll definitely need a car for this stay; it's optimally located for day trips in all directions of the island, plus the stunning Agio Gordios beach is just 5-10 minutes away. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. And thankfully, the air conditioning works very well! The host is very accommodating and quick to respond. Cons: The Wifi didn't work well, but it ultimately added to the vacation experience (and the cafe down the street was an option when needed). The shower is small with a handheld showerhead, but you make it work." ~Leah

"Pros: Marianthie was very easy to communicate with, she was attentive to our needs, every brought her own washing powder to provide us before we visit the shops. The housr is facing thr rising sun and there is enouph room to make yoga, so enthusiasts may find it appealing. The hose is 2 km far from the beach which for us was ok, I enjoyed goog walks every morning. There are supplement cats in the housr which keep you good company. "Pros: This is a very clean and comfortable apartment in a welcoming and beautiful village, with a great little taverna on the left as you enter the village (with great food!!). The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and cosy, there's air con and a good bath/ shower, TV, washing machine and hairdryer, oven and microwave, large fridge and freezer, and a great little balcony with mountain views and nice garden furniture. The doors of the bedrooms open out onto a nice little outdoor space too. It's 7 mins drive to the beach, and only 25 mins from Corfu town, and the area is pretty and green and relaxed. We loved it here! Katerina waited for us when our flight was delayed and called the restaurant ahead so we could eat at 2330 when we arrived, and was always available to help if we needed it. Thank you Katerina!! Another thing, there's a friendly little family of cats around the garden, including a little smoky grey kitten, please do look out for them if you come and stay.🐈🐈🐈 Cons: Nothing! We felt the apartment was great value for money and had everything we needed and Katerina was a great host!" ~Natalie

"Pros: Nice, clean, quiet, very comfortable, well equipped, fully functional apartment. The mountain view from the terrace is really nice. Cons: A little isolated propriety. "Pros: It was a lovely peaceful private location with fantastic views. The owners were so kind and helpful (after the storms caused a few problems). The house is cosy and modern inside, the big covered terrace was wonderful, we sat out in all weathers just looking at the views and the pretty garden.We were very happy and will be coming back. It was the real Greece for us but only 10 minutes by car into the busy Agios Gordios resort. Cons: We would have really liked 2 Sun Loungers to put on the terrace or in the garden." ~John
