"Pros: Lots of choice of pools, bars, restaurants. The restaurant food is fabulous - so much choice. The beds were very comfortable. My husband was surprised with a birthday cake and bottle of fizz and beautifully decorated bed in the room - a great touch. The lady on the early reception was a lovely smiley friendly lady. The bar staff Dimitris at the beach bar, Gerasimos at the pool bar near the beach, Alex at the main hotel bar and Camelia at the Breeze pool bar were exceptional staff - they all made our stay amazing. Camelia was the most exceptional, who went over and beyond her role and came over to us at the pool with special surprise treats of cake, biscuits and specially prepared drinks with a beautiful smile - she is one in a million! Cons: The cleanliness wasn't what I expected from a 5 star hotel. Being shown to our room by the male reception staff, there was a dirty cup on the stairs, which remained there until later in the day when I took it to the reception. Our shower had someone else's hair inside the cubicle. The balcony glass was bottom half cleaned. General cleanliness around the hotel wasn't what I'd expect. For a 5 star hotel, I would have expected it to be immaculate. However, I understand the island is suffering from staff shortages, so this could be the issue." ~Tracy-ann
