"Pros: We had a great stay at Estia 3. It is situated at a great location, on a hill overlooking olive groves and the sea at a distance. The outdoor area is lovely, very serene, with a big swimming pool which was to my almost exclusive use before we headed to the beach each morning. The room was big and tasteful and all furnishings were in immaculate condition. Everything was really perfect, from the Cocomat mattress and the plush towels of the same brand, to the welcome basket that was replaced daily with local delicacies (offered to us for breakfast, as this is typically an accommodation only property), to our pool-front terrace where we had our breakfast). Our host did everything he could to keep us happy. Looking forward to coming back! Cons: A vanity with a mirror and a stool in the room would fit perfectly and would add a great deal of comfort for toiletries etc. Also extra sockets should be installed over the bedside tables; we had to remove the lamp to be able to charge our devices, making it impossible for us to read and charge at the same time." ~Sophiam.

"Pros: Emmanouils place was just what we needed! The property is a short drive from the town of Kapsali and Kythira and one of the best beaches we went to on this trip - Chalkos. The property was wonderfully quiet and very spacious. Large room and balcony gave us plenty of room to rest and recharge. The owners are friendly and welcoming." ~Catherine
