Within 700 metres from Tigaki Beach in Kos, Xenos Villa features a private pool and a room with fitness equipment. It has a seating area with fireplace and enjoys views over the Aegean Sea, the garden and the pool. Divided in two levels, the 4-bedroom villa of Xenos opens to balconies and a furnished sun terrace. It features a kitchen with dining area, fridge and a stove. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a game console and free Wi-Fi access are included. One of the bathrooms has a shower cabin with hydromassage jets. The centre of Tigaki village, where restaurants and mini markets are featured, lies within a short walk from Xenos Villa. The main town of Kos is at 10 km, while Kos Airport is 15 km away. Free private parking is possible on site. Sofa Bed is in the Gym area.

Please inform Xenos Villa 1 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
