The seafront Villa Kivotos offer direct access to the sandy Lothiarika Beach, just outside of the centre Pefki Village. These semi-detached villas boast an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi throughout and a shared garden area with a small chapel. Enjoying panoramic views of the Aegean Sea from its terrace and balcony, the split-level accommodation consist of an open-plan living, dining and functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Each offers a flat-screen satellite TV and air conditioning in every room. Coco-Mat pillows and mattresses are provided. A variety of restaurants, café-bars and shops can be found 1 km from Villa Kivotos. Rhodes Airport is an hour’s drive from the property. Complimentary BBQ facilities and private parking are provided onsite.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
