"Pros: It's a perfect place, you have everything you need, feels like home. The village is excellent there is a nearby taverna and fancy restaurant and coffee bar. The village is near Lefkada, 15min, but it feels closer and you have wonderful view above. It's a very safe and friendly place the house and the village too. Everyday there is tourists in the Katouna.
Cons: The only thing that is slightly problematic is that you have to search for a parking place down the street and there are too many cars and tourists who are doing the same."
