"Pros: Friendly welcome, family atmosphere. Quiet location away from the crowds, view of the harbor. Nice swimming pool, unfortunately without umbrellas so no shade at all. Decent breakfast. Cons: We chose the hotel because it is very close to the port, but it is very difficult to reach. You have to go up a very steep road with a bad road surface. Walking up from the port with suitcases is impossible and there is no parking at all. The hotel should offer a transfer like many other hotels do. The rooms are outdated and are insufficiently cleaned. Overall the hotel is overpriced for what you get." ~Anoniem

"Pros: Hotel provided transportation to and from the ferry, even though it was probably about a ten minute walk. Check-in and check-out were very smooth (they even switched one of our rooms without our asking so we'd be closer to each other!), and food at the restaurant was very good. Drinking water was provided, to make up for the fact that drinking the tap water was not recommended. Cons: We were surprised that our double room had two beds side-by-side, rather than a queen / king bed. Also, it would have been nice if the hotel had offered a shuttle into Mykonos town; instead, you have to take the Sea Bus, at 2 euros per person each way." ~Dgale
