"Pros: We really enjoyed our stay there. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets/towels were changed every other day. The studio is very close to a public beach with crystal clear water. Also close to the center of Nikiana, where you can find cafes, restaurants, bakeries, markets, etc. The private parking spot was very convenient, especially when we came late at night, when finding a parking spot would otherwise have been very difficult. Some other features that we really enjoyed are: working air conditioner, the balcony, iron and ironing table, the kitchen with all the necessary amenities, and much more. Cons: The WiFi wasn't always working." ~Edi.n

"Pros: Perfect place close to beach, not far from shops and restaurants (walking distance, few minutes). Very nice host Nicoletta and the cleaning lady too. Sometimes it was tough to understand each other, as Nicoletta doesn't speak English and we don't speak Greek. But we managed via Google translator ;-) The close surroundings of the appartment house are nice green with many flowers. Thank you for pleasant stay! Cons: We had a ground floor appartment and it was close to some technical equipment (pump), therefore there was constant noise, especially in one bedroom. Beds were not very comfortable for us. "Pros: The property is very near the beach, and the cleaning services are excellent. Clean rooms and large patios. The rooms we used were utilized with mini kitchenettes. The AC was smooth if the batteries were charged enough 😁. Most of the time the internet connection was above average (used for audio meetings). Cons: We choose two bedrooms apartment which happens to be one bedroom and one bed in the kitchen room. Was disappointing at first but the host managed to fix that. The location is near to the main street though so it might be noisy sometime. For most of our stay, there weren't many quests. But it became obvious when the place became crowdy." ~Costi
