"Pros: The view from the hotel is great as it is located at a strategic location. We received warm hospitality from the staffs and they did provide prompt reply whenever there is any queries / requests. Cons: The departure breakfast was not prepared, the reply we received was due to staff “misunderstanding”." ~Jay
