"Pros: Location, Location, Location. The apartments are at the second floor of an apartments building, with view towards Lagonisi beach. They have large balconies, perfect for morning coffee or evening Ouzo. The rooms are spacious, the balcnoies are large, especially for Oceanus (they have 3 couches there). They have a weel equipped kitchen, but I would have liked a microwave oven as well, which they did not have when we were there. The building has a private beach (sandy, not rocky), however it's kind of small and it can be crowded if everybody uses it. Also, I would have likned for the property to have private sunbeds, they had only some small beach chairs. However, you can easily swim to Lagonisi beach from here. Cons: They have a separate circuit breaker for the hot water for the shower, which you have to be careful to close it when not in use. This was not a big problem, but you have an extra worry and risk to forget it on. Maybe a more robust system would be nice." ~Vasile-bogdan

"Pros: The place is in a very quiet area and the view is amazing. Cons: The house is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures. Additionally, it is quite old with some cheap furniture thrown around for storage space which make the rooms very crowded. The garden isn't looked after with garbage from previous renters between the hedges and cables left unattended. More importantly, the garden isn't completely surrounded by fences so we had quite a lot of random strangers walking around the courtyard taking pictures of the view which is kind of unsettling." ~Stefan-alexandru

"Pros: Së fundmi pata kënaqësinë të qëndroja në Theoxenia Apartments dhe mund të them me besim se ishte një përvojë e jashtëzakonshme nga fillimi deri në fund. Qysh në momentin e mbërritjes, u përshëndeta me mikpritje të ngrohtë dhe profesionalizëm nga stafi i dashur. Një nga pikat kulmore të qëndrimit tim ishte pamja mahnitëse nga ballkoni. Ishte vendi ideal për të shijuar një kafe në mëngjes ose për të parë perëndimin e diellit në mbrëmje. Mjedisi i qetë dhe peizazhi i bukur shtuan në qetësinë e përgjithshme të përvojës. Vëmendja ndaj pastërtisë dhe mirëmbajtjes ishte gjithashtu e rëndësishme. Apartamenti ishte i pastër dhe ishte e qartë që menaxhimi ka një kujdes të veçantë për të ruajtur një standard të lartë.
