"Pros: Harry is a great host, we arrived and he welcomed us on the driveway and organised a spare bed in the living room for our additional person. Everything was very well maintained and the pool is really nice. As is understood there are only two apartments in the building, so you usually have to pool to yourself. Rooms were clean and each room had its own balcony, which was so nice. Location is very quiet. Cons: Nothing bad to say really. There could be few spare sunbeds, so if you are with a family, everyone can sunbathe at the same time. You definitely need a car if staying there, as not much around in a walkable distance, but city centre is only like 10-15 min drive so very close." ~Ellie

"Pros: Very clean property. Staff were very sweet and helpful. Nice to have private outside space which has sun and shade all day. Very quiet area. Cons: Cats will bug you constantly on the terrace and by lying at the door and refusing to move when you leave. The bed was a bit shoogly and I had to straighten the slats. Could use some better knives in the kitchen which was otherwise well equipped but without knives it was difficult to prepare a meal. Would be a bonus if there were a couple of sun loungers on the terrace. Location was a residential suburb a few stops from Corfu town by bus. As it is along a busy highway it was not walkable. "Pros: Nothing, although the pictures look fancy in reality there are some basic apartments. Cons: Firstly, please be aware that the call center staff answering the phone are unable to provide much assistance. Secondly, the cleaning needs improvement. At first glance, the place seems clean, but upon opening the shelves, I noticed dark dust traces. Not to mention the drawer of the washing machine, which hadn't been cleaned in ages; I had to clean it myself before doing any laundry. Thirdly, we experienced a situation where we had no water for about 12 hours. After calling the contact person twice and explaining the issue in detail—including that it was 10 PM, and we have a baby who needs to be washed and we need to use toilet—she informed us that there was nothing they could do. In contrast, our friends, who were staying in the same area and had the same problem, had the owners come immediately to bring them water. We ended up borrowing water from our friends while the property later offered to send water around 11:30 PM, after we had contacted Booking. Furthermore, the property did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Fourthly, the accommodation is quite far from anything, with no shops nearby. There were milk capsules in the fridge, but they were spoiled—I realized this only after adding them to my coffee. Additionally, there were only two rolls of toilet paper for a six-night stay, there was no paper in the kitchen, and there was no detergent for the washing machine. we had to buy a lot of essentials, which was inconvenient since we traveled plane. Lastly, there was a significant difference compared to the accommodation our friends had just two blocks away. They received fruits and wine from the owner upon arrival and received support throughout their stay. For the price asked I am very disappointed and definitely the owners should take some attitude to improve the services offered. I don’t wanna ruin anyone’s business, but is very unpleasant to not have the quality according to the price paid." ~Diana
