"Pros: Great pool area. Spacious room. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Quiet location. Near to the beach. One of the owners explained that we should have booked directly with the hotel as they offer a 10% discount if you can pay cash and they will transfer you to and from the airport for free. This is a huge saving as it costs around 50 euros each way. Basically, don't use booking.com. Sorry Booking.com but people need to know.
Also there's a small, slightly unusual shop about half a mile away where you can buy snacks, bottled water, beers, toiletries etc. It closes between 3.30 and 5.30.
Cons: The shower was incredibly small. I'm a large man and it was really difficult to shower properly. There was room for a larger shower. I've been in roomier phone boxes. There's only really a choice of two places to eat. Either the hotel restaurant or the Taverna down by the beach but both are great. There's a bus stop about half a mile away from the hotel which can take you to Corfu town . We used it for a day trip and it was great so we decided to use it to take us back to Corfu on our last day before we went to the airport. It didn't turn up so we had to go back to the hotel and ask them to get us a taxi. Taxi to Corfu was 45 euros."
