"Pros: About a 10 minute walk to the main area with nightlife. There was a dedicated parking spot a few houses down from the apartment. Cons: Did not think the area and walk to the apartment felt entirely safe. Pretty rough area, in my opinion, with very minimal lighting.. The original apartment was renovated, but certainly not “luxurious“ or even close to it as the property name implies. The shower is smaller than 2x2 feet so not even easy to turn around. There is a slanted wall by the toilet, so a tall man will bump his head when standing up." ~Todd
