"Pros: The location of this facility is the top thing about it. You can actually stay on the beach, right beside the sea, the view you get from the balcony is as you see in the pictures, and this may compensate for some other things that are not perfect. Inside things are decent, its an older house, generally clean, clean sheets and towels, one time in the week the host cleans the room and changes sheets. The smell inside is ok, no strange odors or so. Ac works well, its only one unit in the kitchen, the bedroom has ac from the other room. Bedroom is spacious, bed is ok, not great. Bathroom has all you need, hot water all the time. Nice view from the bedroom also, on the lateral street, but also you can look at the sea from the bed, very nice. On the balcony, there is a table and chairs, very nice place to relax in the shadow. You can view the sunrise from the balcony, or from the bed in the bedroom. Also a few meters in front of the property, there is a part of the beach, where you can go free of charge with what you need. The host, takes care and clean the part of the beach in front of her house. Clean and nice. Our host was also carefull to cleaning outside of property, yard, hallways, stairs. A little to the right is the pontoon where boats come to take tourists, or is very popular for pictures. So, again, location. Cons: As I said, the view compensate for most of things we did not like. Generally is an older place, its clean, fresh paint, but furniture is old, beds the same, kitchen is a little cramped with furniture, takes almost all the space, the fifth bed is in the bedroom, so three people would have to sleep in the only room that has some privacy. There is an unusable couch in the kitchen, too small to sleep on it. Bathroom is old design, shower curtain that is very anoing, it needs some new stuff in it, starting with tiles, all other objects are aging. Some other things relate to Pefkohori in general, not to this location. Pefkohiri is one of the crowded, tight places where we've been, especially with a car. The streets near the property are very narrow, two cars could not go by on the street, very hard to find a parking spot. We ended up parking the car first day, took it out one day, then park it for the rest of the week. The place is very noisy in the night also, almost all night all kinds of motorcycle and scooters, noise cars are speeding to this narrow streets, near the property, making impossible to keep windows open during night. On the lateral street, on the right from the bedroom balcony, there is a bar that is nosy all night, maybe up to 4-5am. So if you look for a quite place, this is not the one." ~Ovidiu

"Pros: We really enjoyed in there as family. Perfect location as a few steps to the beach and night life. Host (Menelaos) met us, handover and collect the keys smoothly. He was really helpful and provided us baby chair and cot/crib. Cons: Not easy to find a parking spot." ~Gokhankoc
