"Pros: The design is clean and elegant, and it is spacious enough for the price you are paying. It is sadly only on the surface level, but the looks are fine and will make you feel comfortable. The apartment was indeed clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. Cons: First thing we noticed inside is that the door handle was falling off in the bedroom, making it unable to close it from the inside. While yes the apartmant has 3 AC's, two of them were not working, and the only working one had extremely weak heating. The most shocking discovery was the fact that there are no curtains in the kitchen and living room area whatsoever. The place is surrounded by offices and balconies, so everyone can see inside all day unless you quite literally only stay in your bedroom. However unfortunately the worst part was the lack of decent customer service. On the second day of our stay, we woke up to the apartmant having no electricity. I messaged owner, who said they will send someone to take a look as soon as they can. I tried asking for an exact time when can I expect for it to be checked, but I didn't get a clear answer, so we left to look around in the city for a few hours. Once we arrived back the electricity was still off. I messaged the owner again, who this time didn't reply for quite a long while. I then later called him what's going on, he picked up, and once again said to just be more patient until they send their collague to fix it. Time passed, and by the time it was 10pm, it was cold since there was no AC, we couldn't take a warm shower since there was no warm water, we couldn't use the WiFi since there was no electricity, and due to the fridge being off the whole day we had to throw out a food that has completely warmed up by this time. Finally, only after losing an entire day without electricity, they offered us to change to a different apartmant at 10pm. They transferred us to a smaller apartmant, which lacked some facilities like having no hair drier, having way too thin bedsheets for the cold weather, and a really weak AC. Also, the WiFi was extremely weak and at times it had no connection, which again the owner ignored." ~Vince
