"Pros: Nice location: close to the local market (on Saturdays), 4 supermarkets nearby, some cafes and clean small beach in 3-4 minutes of walking. The apartments are staffed with a lot of useful devices. The terrace on the roof is also a brilliant add-on. Cons: It's not about apartments but rather this part of Pireas in common - the streets and sidewalks are quite narrow and sometimes have lamp posts in the middle which makes walking with baby in a trolley a bit uncomfortable." ~Viktar
