"Pros: Location directly at the sea. Parking is perfect. Cons: It was relatively noisy - building is poorly soundproofed. You hear people coming/going, wind induced noise, etc. Overall space is limited (this is probably not so much an issue in summer, but in late October it was very windy on the small balcony). Beside the incredible sea view I found the price not really justified for the late season (last third of Oct.)." ~Hermann
