"Pros: Spacious modern villa a 10 minute flat walk to the sea front of Porto Rafti. Very clean with comfortable beds. Both bedrooms have great ensuite bathrooms, best we had of our months stay in Greece! The pool area is lovely and although shared we had it to ourselves the whole time we were there. The terrace and balconies are large with lovely mountain views. The kitchen has absolute everything you need to self cater. The owner is very kind and exceptionally generous! There is a lift to get your luggage up to the top floor! Very highly recommended!
Cons: The downstairs outside areas are not very private but it's rare to see anyone else!"

"Pros: Both Virginia and Mixalis were lovely and welcoming. They showed us around the house which is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The upstairs bedroom has a spacious balcony with a sea view. The house is located only 6 minutes from the busy seafront area with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We loved Avlaki beach which is also only 6 minutes by car. All of the beds were very comfortable, which is a rare thing to find in rentals these days! We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and I would highly recommend Virginia's house to anyone wishing to stay in Porto Rafti!"
