It is set amidst a landscaped garden with BBQ facilities and a playground. Divided in 2 levels, the traditionally decorated villa comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Blending the wood with the stone, the spacious living room includes a dining area and a flat-screen TV. A fridge, oven with hobs, and coffee maker can be found in the kitchen. The villa offers free WiFi. Guests will find a restaurant and a mini market for the essentials within 7 km from Ktima Eden. Kalyves Beach is at 15 km, while the scenic lake of Kournas is 17 km away. Souda Port is at a distance of 20 km and Chania airport of 35 km.
