Just steps away from the seafront, in the centre of Rethymnon, this modern hotel offers easy access to the entrance of the old town with its narrow streets, medieval castle and picturesque Venetian port. The well-appointed rooms are all air conditioned , featuring views of the city or the private garden of the hotel. Offering authentic Cretan hospitality combined with 4-star comforts, the hotel features 72 spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the sea or the lush interior garden. Achillion Palace also has a small courtyard garden with a fountain where guests can enjoy light refreshments throughout the day, as well as a breakfast room, cafe bar and lounge. The hotel also benefits from a rooftop freshwater swimming pool and sun deck, which is open during daylight hours. The long sandy beach is within easy walking distance (100 metres), as are the numerous restaurants, shops and bars, for which the town is known.

Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 01 Nov 2023 until Tue 30 Apr 2024 Please note that the swimming pool operates from the middle of April until the middle of October.
