Appartment was amazing - luminous (mosquito protection in the window), spacious - enormous living room with sofas and TV, fantastic equipped kitchen (oven, coffee machine, big fridge, full range of crockery and tableware, spices,etc) and two tables for dining; big size bedrooms with doubble bed; good size bathroom and great outside area for evenings. Very good Wi-Fi. Flat is located in the main street - 5 min to the big supermarket, 10 min to the city center with restaurants and around 10min to the beach - big and empty. But the best of all were truly Outstanding Hosts - Yannis and Georgia with all family, who helped us with everything (e.g airport transfer, trip to City of Rhodes), looked after our wellbeing, advised us on every our question and shared their homemade dishes and free time for great conversations and time together. "Pros: We, 3 adults and a child, 14 years old, were guests in Villa "3 Roses Residence" in the period from 04/08/2023 to 04/22/2023. The villa "3 Roses Residence" is located on the main road 95 "EO Rodou Lindou" right next to a small flower shop/nursery and about 200 meters from a large supermarket (Panagiotas, B., S.A. Super Market) with an excellent meat department and international and local products. The street noise of the main road 95 can hardly be heard in the villa, as well as at the pool and in the garden. The property is completely fenced in and protected from view by tall trees by the pool. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms with large box spring beds and 1 bedroom with single beds) as well as an en suite shower room in the master bedroom and 2 other large bathrooms with bath and shower. The bed mattresses were excellent. The kitchen is excellently equipped and has a large fridge with freezer and a Nepresso coffee machine. There are enough plates, cups and glasses as well as kitchen knives and cutlery. The highlight of the villa is the large pool (up to 1.20 meters deep) with massage jets and a covered area, where there is a chill lounge and a large dining table with 8 chairs as well as the large grill built into the masonry. There is also another, smaller kitchen with fridge, sink and crockery and cutlery in the covered pool area. We enjoyed a barbecue in the evening and ended the eventful day with a glass of wine. Simply fantastic. Almost all rooms have air conditioning. In addition to the fantastic pool area, the villa has several balconies and terraces. In one of the bedrooms there is also a large picture window. Check-in and check-out were quick and professional. We were informed and instructed about all technical devices. There are more than enough table and bed linens as well as towels and bath towels for the pool. Cons: We liked everything very much. I would like to write down my other positive impressions and tips here. All staff speak perfect English. Our wishes and problems were solved immediately (power outage). Afandou beach is only about 1 kilometer from the villa. However, a rental car is essential. The island of Rhodes is manageable and everything can be reached very quickly with a rental car. We will definitely be guests of the villa again. Everything was just perfect. Here are a few tips for your stay in the villa and on Rhodes: Please make sure to visit the following facilities during your stay... 1.) The 7 springs in Afantou and a visit to the restaurant (seats behind the restaurant). 2.) Lindos with the Acropolis, beach and town. 3.) Tsambika Beach. 4.) Rhodes city with all cultural and other beauties. 5.) monolithic Rhodes. 6.) Butterfly farm and so forth. In terms of shopping, there are Lidl, Media Markt and very good local supermarkets. It is advisable to obtain an informative guide book before arrival. The most important thing is, besides sufficient sunscreen, don't forget something against mosquitoes.
