"Pros: Nicely decorated villa with lots of outdoor living space in the centre of fira. Located in a very safe residential area. Supermarket/ restaurants/ shops were less than 5 minutes away. The beds were comfortable. Property is managed by agents that are only available during working hours. We had an issue with the safe that was only solved the next day. Communication was through WhatsApp. We also arranged airport transfer through the agent. We loved the hot tub which was left on all the time we were there. The washing machine was quite handy. The window shutters were great for keeping out the light. There was plenty of towels/ Toiletries. Cons: There was no microwave in the kitchen. The path from the main road to get to the villa had a lot of unpaved steps. It was difficult to drag our heavy luggage through it. Most of the island has these paths. The shower needs a shower curtain so the water doesn’t go on the floor." ~Ami
