"Pros: Beautiful renovated house on a gorgeous location. In the middle of Crete. Close to the Imbros Gorge. The House has stunning view over the Askyfou Valley and you can enjoyed that view from the infinity pool on the top terrace. One 3 terrasses, following the mountain the house has is been built on. Inside de decoration is spot on and the house is full of history. Cons: The sleeping rooms are not divided, so there is less privacy and there a lot stairs to climb. "Pros: The privacy, the nice interior, the terrace out of the sun, the lovely swimming pool, the airconditioning on the very hot days,... Angeliki was so nice to make us a home cooked meal with even something special for our kids. She also gave us good tips for things to do nearby. And told us where the loveliest beaches were. The house really has everything that you need. For the kids even toys for the swimming pool and other games. Coffee, herbs and washing products were all provided. And also more than enough towels. We really enjoyed it! Cons: We always choose non touristy areas in nature when we go on holiday. And we loved that we had a lot of privacy in this house. But for us it was a bit too far away from several places we wanted to visit. But that's mostly because of the fact that we only went on holiday for one week and there's a lot to see in Crete. But we didn't want to spend too much time driving. Luckily there were enough beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and so on within half an hour driving. At the time of our stay they were doing renovations on the house opposite this house. So it could be noisy sometimes. But this has nothing to do with the house itself." ~Danny
