Situated on a private, sandy beach, 2 km from Sissi village, the all-inclusive Grecotel Meli Palace features 2 restaurants, 2 tennis courts and a pool. The elegant rooms have furnished balconies overlooking the Cretan Sea or the gardens. Featuring light colours in earthy tones and modern furnishings, the air-conditioned rooms at the Meli Palace include a seating area with a satellite TV. Toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Melissa Restaurant serves an American breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. Guests can dine on the terrace overlooking the sea. Juices and drinks are provided at the beach bar or at the indoor lounge bar. A kids’ pool is available for younger guests while children’s and teens clubs offer organized activities. Canoes and pedal boats can be supplied. Free Wi-Fi access is possible at the lobby area. The multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can arrange tours to the Minoan Palace of Knossos or to the nearby ancient Palace of Malia. Crete Golf Club is a 15-minute drive. Free private parking is provided on site.
