"Pros: Very spacious apartment with a nice long balcony with a pretty great view on the mountains. Nicely decorated. Good kitchen equipment. The personnel were very friendly and informative and responded quickly. Cons: Nothing was bad really, just have to be mindful of turning the hot water valve on 20 min before showering or doing the dishes, and not throwing the paper in the toilet." ~Mackenbach
