"Pros: The island seemingly relies on septic tanks so we had the unpleasant smell seep into the house on what we were told was the day our neighbor was emptying his tank. This happened once so it wasn't terribly inconvenient and would not prevent us from staying there again.
Cons: Comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and overall a very well conceived and organized home.
Very conveniently located near the town's stores, cafés, bars, restaurants, and the island's various transportation modes and town beach.
Our hostess, Korina, was super responsive and extremely helpful. She practically planned our stay by providing a plethora of recommendations for eating, drinking, swimming, site seeing, and biking to name a few; her suggestions were spot on!"

"Pros: Very comfortable newly decorated and furnished room with balcony and fantastic view over the rooftops and sea. Brilliant location five minutes walk from the beach and a fantastic bakery, and the island's best shops and restaurants. Staff could not have been more helpful, Aurelia even gave me a lift to the ferry or I would have missed it.
Cons: Took me ages to get to grips with the Nespresso coffee machine (I had to download the 16-page manual online in the end to work out how to put water in it!!) which was also not much good for making tea even though it did produce hot water as well as (pretty good) coffee, but when I mentioned this to Aurelia she did say she had kettles... Anyway I am British and most visitors to Spetses are Greek and don't even drink tea 🍵"

"Pros: I have stayed here many times and love this property. Very private but conveniently located at the end of Spetses town so only a short walk to the town centre. Very well managed conversion with spacious rooms and wide breakfast selection.
Cons: Nothing really to dislike although it would be nice to have some wine glasses in each room as a suggestion."
