"Pros: What a gem and kind hostess! The space is brand new and was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen offers everything needed for basic cooking. Bed and linens are also quite comfortable and new. Location across from the beach is gorgeous. Would highly recommend it for the value. Cons: If you're sensitive to noise, there's some construction occurring during the day, and it's right next to a sports bar so night time you may hear that as well. No issue if you are okay with ear plugs or headphones." ~Gina
