"Pros: Quiet neighborhood. Cleanliness. Sea view. Very close to the sea on foot. Cons: Need air conditioning in the bedroom. It's in the living room, but it doesn't cover the bedroom. It would also be helpful to have darker curtains on the windows or shutters for the morning sun. Second, they would need more pegs for the clothesline on the balcony." ~Dimitrios
