Located 800 metres from the centre of Triandaros village, Tinos Habitart features traditional villas with sea views, while most of them also have private swimming pools. Free WiFi is available throughout and free transfer service is provided. Featuring marble details and stone artwork, all villas are decorated with authentic traditional furnishings. They come with a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a living room. Facilities include a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. All villas open out to large verandas and covered terraces with panoramic views over the Aegean Sea. Homemade breakfast can be served in the villas upon request. The main town and port of Tinos are 6 km away. The property’s staff can make arrangements for car rentals, while free private, on-site parking is provided.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Tinos Habitart in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 40 per person per night when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
